Virgin Media commissioned a survey of people from Greater Manchester to find the greatest TV stars who helped put Manchester on the global entertainment map. To celebrate the vast array of characters and personalities that topped the poll, Virgin media in conjunction with Beautiful Productions transformed Piccadilly Gardens into a giant living room, packed with the best celebrity doppelgangers to launch Virgins new TiVo service.
